*This was a truly special job for both of us. Since we live 15 minutes from the Shrine, we celebrate Sunday Mass there during Summer months and participate in the Polish Pilgrimage to the Martyr`s Shrine in August each year. One Sunday, we left the church after the service and on the way to the car, we both started talking about the state of the floor and if it would be possible to do something about it. The arrangements were made to refinish the floor the same week. Somehow we felt compelled to take the initiative. After all was said and done, it felt so good to offer this gift to the Midland Shrine.
