The position is Hardwood Flooring Sander and Finisher.
About half a year ago we took a giant leap forward and invested in innovative, equipment that allows us to offer healthier refinishing choices to our discriminating clients while being considerate of current environmental issues.

This step took us into a new territory as demand for this service is quite overwhelming. We are now looking to hire new hardwood flooring sanders to keep up with the growing demand of the market.

We are seeking self motivated individuals, with substantial stamina as this is a physically demanding job.

Our clients expect our representatives and employees to have a positive outlook, be pleasant, tidy, punctual and polite. Our chosen candidate will have all those characteristics.

In the last 13 years we have earned the reputation of a reliable, honest and hardworking company always offering more than expected on all levels of service. Innovative thinking is our trade mark, it allowed us to pioneer the way to better, eco-friendly ways of wood floor refinishing methods and equipment in Central Ontario.

Our newest employee will have an opportunity to learn those new innovative methods offered by only 2 other companies in Ontario.

Such individual will be required to have a valid Ontario driver’s license, be fluent in English or speak Polish. Comprehension of one those two languages is important for safety reasons. Both office personnel and crew only speak English and Polish, regretfully we can not communicate in any other language.

Our chosen candidate will also own a reliable vehicle to travel to some job locations or to meeting points in Barrie and area.

This is not a 9 to 5 job offer, the work hours depend on the scheduled job bookings; we start early and may finish late. Occasional Saturday may come into picture. We never work Sundays.
